Elton John fans will get the chance to relive the legendary musician’s performances from his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” Tour.
Elton John, the iconic “Rocket Man” singer, enthusiastically announces his forthcoming book, “Farewell Yellow Brick Road: Memories of My Life on Tour.” The book promises a captivating journey through Elton John’s experiences on tour, providing fans with a unique glimpse into his extraordinary life. The book chronicles his five-year farewell tour, offering behind-the-scenes insights from Allentown, PA, to Stockholm, Sweden, and every stop in between. Eager to share details of his final tour, Elton John is excited about the release.

The Release date
The book will be released on September 24th via Hyperion Avenue, an imprint of Disney Publishing Worldwide. The “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, which commenced in 2018 and was originally scheduled to conclude in 2023, encountered a setback as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Elton John’s extensive live-touring career, spanning over 50 years, ultimately concluded in July 2023 in Stockholm.
The announcements came more than a week after Elton scored his first Emmy for best variety special. However, this exciting news followed a lengthy period of anticipation. This win was for the Disney+ “Farewell From Dodger Stadium” and joins his Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards.
