Each month, all PlayStation Plus members gain access to three free games – as well as a back catalogue of up to 400 games. These monthly gifts are only available for one month before they are switched out for a fresh trio. After downloading, you have permanent access to these games – for as long as you have a PlayStation Plus membership plan.
There are three types of membership: Essential, Extra, and Premium. The cheapest of these options, Essential, currently costs £6.99 a month (or £19.99 for 3 months or £59.99 for 12 months). In addition, with the membership you are able to play games online with friends and other gamers. It’s a must-buy for gaming fans.
